Le maître de la guillotine volante (Kam Kong) veut couper la tête du boxeur manchot (Jimmy Wang Yu) réputé comme le plus grand des maîtres. Il va profiter d'un tournoi d'arts martiaux international pour pactiser avec un indien, un thailandais et un japonais afin de tendre un piège au boxeur et l'éliminer définitivement.... C'est sans compter sur Jimmy Wang Yu qui sait même comment marcher au plafond.
